Communication with Parents

The school operates an open door policy. If parents have any concerns about any aspect of school life, we encourage you to discuss them with staff, in order for them to be swiftly addressed.

During Covid19 restrictions, we are asking parents to get in touch with the office if they wish to speak to a teacher. The teacher will then ring the parent at a mutually convenient time. 


We make regular contact with parents via Newsletters, emails, the school text messaging service and via Google Classroom. The school website is regularly updated and shows the forthcoming events. 

 The school offers Parent Consultation evenings; one in the Autumn Term and one in the Spring Term. These meetings are currently being offered via Google meet, in order to meet the Government restrictions and keep our school community safe.

Reports are issued at the end of the academic year.

Our Home School Agreement is reviewed and shared at the beginning of each academic year. This sets out expectations for all involved with education and welfare of our pupils. This supports the positive relationship we enjoy between school and home, reflecting our Christian values.
