Earlier in the term, the School Council were approached about taking part in the 'Clean for the Queen' campaign to clear up Britain in time for the Queen's 90th birthday which will be officially celebrated in June. Fallon, Aaron, Aidan, Eleanor, Hattie and Krysta thought it was a great idea to clean up the local area, so, this morning, children from Nursery to Year 6 spent the first part of their morning litter picking in our local area.
The children were really enthusiastic to join the campaign and did an excellent job of cleaning up the village.
