At Great Gaddesden School we have the highest aspirations for our pupils: in the arts, on the sports field and, of course, academically. To get our eldest children to start thinking about what their futures might hold, we arranged a trip to Oxford University for Years 5 & 6.
Children learnt about Balliol's most successful students (including 3 former Prime-Ministers!) After having a talk and a tour of Balliol College by one of the under-graduate students, children had lunch at the university and then visited Oxford's Natural History Museum. As always behaviour from our children was impeccable.
