Welcome to Years 1&2 at Great Gaddesden School
Our class teachers are Mrs Ansell and Mrs Letheren.
Mrs Ansell is supported by Mrs Jason on Monday and Tuesday, Miss Carty is supported by Mrs Hollings on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Please ensure that your child brings their reading book into school every day with them in a school book bag (no rucksacks or bags needed).
Homework will be made up of weekly spellings, daily reading and Maths retrieval practice (Year 2 only). This will be given out every Friday and needs to be returned the following Wednesday.
Reading books will will changed every Friday, following reading in small adult led groups every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
This term we have our P.E. lessons on a Monday and a Wednesday. Please ensure that your child has a full P.E. kit in school every week.
Please bring a pair of named wellies for your child to keep at school.
