Just before half-term, we had a Writing Week. As part of this week we had trips out of school; a visiting author into school as well as a Gifted and Talented Writing Workshop with other local schools. The week was a real success with high quality writing apparent in each and every year group.
Children in Years 3 & 4 had the opportunity to dress up as their favourite Roald Dahl character (this followed a super trip to the Roald Dahl museum). We are thrilled with the progress being made in writing this year. Please keep an eye on our blogs for evidence of this!
