Since September 1st, 2024, Mr Beach joined Great Gaddesden CE (VA) School as our new headteacher.
Mr Beach is responsible for Teaching & Learning, Behaviour, Safeguarding Lead/DSL, PSHE, Mental Health & Collective Worship
Mrs H Ansell
Senior Leader (DDSL)
Mrs Ansell works at our school from Monday to Thursday. Mrs Ansell leads RE acorss the school.
As a STEM facilitator, Mrs Ansell leads Science throughout the school. As a qualified Forest School leader, she has set up our Forest School programme and leads our weekly Forest School sessions for all classes on rotation.

SENDCo/Inclusion Leader
Mrs G Aikman is our SENDCo and works on a Tuesday at Great Gaddesden School.
Mrs J Lewis
Finance Manager
Mrs Lewis is our finance manager and supports the administration in the school.
Mrs Lewis works on a Monday.
Mrs K Cummins is our office secretary and works on a Tuesday - Thursday.
Mrs C. Benson
EYFS Teacher
Mrs Benson teaches in our EYFS unit on Monday- Thursday.
Mrs K Marshall
Teacher
Mrs Marshall teaches in our EYFS unit on a Friday.
Ms A Robertson
Teaching Assistant
Ms Robertson is a full time Teaching Assistant, who supports in EYFS.
Ms Robertson also runs our Breakfast Club and the After School Club

Miss Carty teaches Y1/2 on a Wednesday - Friday
Miss Carty leads English in our school, with responsibility for English
Ms R Bonney
Y1/2 Teacher
Ms Bonney shares the teaching in Y1/2, teaching on a Thursday and Friday. Mrs Bonney is responsible for PE throughout the school.

Mrs Redman is our HLTA and is a key part of our EYFS + Y1/2 team.
Miss Gainfort
Teaching Assistant
Miss Gainfort works on a Thursday and Friday, supporting the teaching.
Mrs De Rouffignac
Y3/4 class teacher
Mrs De Rouffignac teaches Y3/4 and has responsibility for Creative Arts (Art, DT & Music). She is also a qualified Forest School leader.

Teaching Assistant
Mrs Sutcliffe supports the teaching and learning in Y5/6 on a Wednesday - Friday. Mrs Sutcliffe is trained in drawing and talking and provides support throughout the school.
