At Great Gaddesden, we take great pride in our Pastoral Support, understanding that for some children, school can present challenges that may act as a barrier to learning. We also recognise that many children benefit from support in developing social skills, emotional regulation, overall wellbeing, and mental health. As a small village school, we are fortunate to have a close-knit community, which allows us to truly know each child. Every member of our staff is part of our dedicated pastoral team, working together to ensure that all children can fully engage in and benefit from all aspects of school life.
Please get in touch with our Inclusion & Mental Health Lead (Mrs Redman) for more information.
